S E C T I O N 1: F O U R L E A F _ P O L I C Y
For every 14 day period, I plan to 2 200 leaf parties and 2 300 leaf parties. The remaining 400 leafs will be used for in game and forum events. I will make a calendar of when and where each party will be held. I will not be throwing surprise parties at random times, for I know you all have better things to do than try to guess when Id come on. There will be a special party later in the season if elected, at which time Ill give more details. ^^
S E C T I O N 2: E V E N T S _ A N D _ P R I Z E S ! !
Remember the Pow! events?! We will bring back forum events so there are more opportunities for players to win FOURLEAF, even though they might not be logged onto the game!There will also be other surprise events!!! (more to come later) that will involve a wider range of players. It would be absurd for me to say that every single player would receive an equal amount of fourleafs, but I would try my hardest to make sure that as many players as possible could experience the great effects of the fourleafs. I also believe that player participation in these events would help us get to know each other a bit better, rather than being so confined to our own towns/guilds/groups.Here are two mini events that have no set time or date on which they occur, but will happen throughout the season:
MINI EVENT 1. SUPER DUPER P SHOPPER SPOTTERS!
1. The increase in p shops in towns has definitely brought more traffic, but crowds the area during many parts of the day. There were complaints in season 5 about reducing the number of p shops in towns, for fear of having to p shop outside, thus losing money if you were egged. With the implementation of the p shop zone, I would like to offer this: A player p shops whichever items they choose, and the fifth slot is for (1) FOURLEAF at a set price. There would be a limit to how many would be sold per day/week, and each sale would be screenshot, so I wouldnt be selling to the same people over and over. Ill also be somewhat selective, meaning I wouldnt sell to lvl 3 reco/mules with bils in as_sets lol. 100% of the money would be donated amongst towns, so I am not doing this for profit. ^^
MINI EVENT 2. SUPER DUPER HELPER DETECTORS!
2. How many times do you need a book or tool made, and nobody seems to have the tools to make it? With this new system, if I or one of the ministers sees somebody with tools AND the willingness to make an item, there will be a chance for that person to receive a leaf, just for being well prepared! This will hopefully encourage our artisans to carry tools and help newcomers. Please note, this will not be something that happens on EVERY request, but can happen when you least expect it. I know that carrying tools takes up inventory space, but having a few might just earn you a leaf! =O Therell be more events to come if elected, and some wicked SURPRISE events! =o

S E C T I O N 3: M I N I S T E R _ S E L E C T I O N
I will be accepting applications for ministers. I will not pre-select ministers because Im not going to promise anything to anybody, ranging from GA to minister seats. Each application will be considered and compared side by side to similar minister applications. I am looking to have representation from as much of the server as possible, so there will be no more than 1 minister from a town/guild.I decided not to hold a forum vote or a popular vote for ministers because I think if the people have enough trust/faith to elect a GoonZu, they should have the same faith in their GoonZus decision to select ministers.This method, I hope, prevents popularity contests, and a simple selection of friends/allies.If there is an issue with a minister, I will take both sides of the dispute into consideration and take whatever actions are appropriate for that matter. Having an ineffective minister looks bad on our server, and I will not tolerate that. I hope this wont apply to this season, but nobody can predict the future. If there is a genuine problem, just know that it will be resolved.
S E C T I O N 4: P O L I C E (J U D G E S) _ A N D _ G A
The selection of Police will be done through application and interview. Applications that are more thorough and sincere will receive a higher priority when it comes to the interviews. The Kirin and I will be doing interviews and tests, which most of you are now aware of, where a low level character asks you for some advice in a situation, or poses a problem, and looks for your solution. We will have a list before the interviews of top prospects all the way down to the not-so-savory applications. We will work down the list until we fill all vacancies.The selection of Guardian Angels will be done through a similar process. We will have more than the current season, but we will not have the maximum of 50 guardian angels. If we experience an increase in population, this can certainly be changed, but it seems that 50 guardian angels usually means free tele for most.I would like to add that the Guardian Angel and Police spots are given to players that have a good understanding of the game, and are respectable. Do not as_sume that a high level will guarantee a spot. Respect, honesty, and approachability are key aspects that I require each Police and Guardian Angel to have.We will also be looking at the persons character. If you are known as a scammer or a not-so-friendly player, your chances will be diminished. I will NOT pre-select any police or guardian angels. I will allow my Kirin and White Tiger to appoint their choices. There is a reason that we have ministers, and I feel if I order them to select a certain batch of individuals, their position becomes less important.
S E C T I O N 5: L I N E S _ O F _ C O M M U N I C A T I O N
Do you have a question? comment? concern? Id love to hear it. I keep my whispers open and my mailbox always has room. I am no better than you, and we can only grow with the help of others. Ill be there for you guys, and I hope that any good suggestions that you have, I can implement. If you have an idea for a FOURLEAF event and it rocks, youll be credited with that. If you just want to talk about.. I dunno, lets say..... spiral galaxies and pasta, Id be glad to do that too.I plan on using a lot of the ideas I implemented during season 5, but I would like to say that it wont be a repeat of that. I now have some experience to see which events work better than others, and Ive also taken a lot of player input. I want to bring some player interaction back to our server, while at the same time.... bring back the fun!!!Whether you are a level 10 player, on your way to McCoy, or a level 110+ player, getting ready to make another R10 to put in the warehouse, I see all of us as the same. There will be no bias in my cabinet, and no bias/favoritism will occur in my events/parties/term.
S E C T I O N 6: C L O S I N G
Some of you might recognize some similarities between this post and a post from season 5. I have changed some major portions of my old campaign, but I want to stress that the basic fundamental message is the same.If you are happy, then I am happy.Let me provide you awesome FOURLEAF parties. Allow me to give you smashing events! If for some reason you are deeply troubled by my ideas, please talk to me so I may try my best to help you. If you have a concern, chances are that somebody else out there is thinking the same thing, so let me have it! I got thick skin : P and a whole bunch of patience.Thank you all for your support. Hopefully we can make this season more fun and entertaining than any other season weve had! ^^

(my bio hasnt really changed that much from a few months ago, so heres the stuff you might already know)Well, as Ive said before, my name is Sean, and I currently attend college. My major is music composition, but I also love economics, philosophy, psychology, ethics, law, etc. I live in Arizona and it is hot! I am currently writing and composing, all for the purpose of stacking that paper.I like to help others, and have done volunteer work as a counselor/mediator. I started playing this game mid November of 2007, and have hopefully made many more friends than enemies. I try my best to help everybody when not busy/afk, and Ill occasionally rap on the spot.
