Alright, first of all: none of you want to read a lot, so Mal will make this as short and painless as possible. With that being said, here we go.
Mal will hand out 4leafs by giving them to townies as well as TCs; some will be handed out to townless folk, and the rest will be given out in events.
Mal will try to do one small event daily and one large event weekly. If anything will be happening on a set day, such as work, Mal will entrust the event to either a friend or a minister.
Ministers will be chosen in the same manner Goonzu will be chosen; only instead of a list, it will be by raw votes. Why make people deal with whatever group you throw at them? Unless some serious rule breakers get voted in, Mal wont interfere. If the selected ministers dont want to be minister, we will choose the next most voted for, and so on. Priority will go as follows: White Tiger, Kirin, Phoenix, Dragon, Black Tortoise. So, top voted for gets the WT position, next top voted is Kirin, etc.
GAs will be chosen based on their language and their temperament. Judges will be chosen based on how good they are at not breaking the rules on a daily basis.
Mal will be a fun Goonzu, and an honest one. Dong-ma? :D
EDIT: People can vote at anytime from now to the election, Mal will tally the votes for each character and announce by the end of the election who will be the ministers (if Mal wins, of course). You can vote by whispering Mal (/t CaptainMal) or by leaving a post office message (PO) for CaptainMal. The applicant you vote for should be over level 90. Good question Mr. T...haha XD
